Founded in 1923, the Noe Valley Merchants & Professionals Association is the second largest association in San Francisco. The Association is a non-profit organization chartered under the laws of the State of California that engages in the promotion, preservation and enhancement of the Noe Valley business community. Merchants, professionals and non-profit or charitable organizations are invited to join.
Members enjoy the benefits of staying connected with the neighborhood through the Association's newsletters, monthly meetings, the President's periodic letters on items of importance, such as the American Disabilities Act Implementation Guidelines, this website and the upcoming NVMPA Facebook page for instant merchant and customer collaboration and communication.
The purpose of the NVMPA is to promote business and invigorate the Noe Valley Commercial Community by presenting fun and entertaining events and sales in participating stores.
